What we refund automatically
A run that produces no output, fails, or leaves your text unchanged costs you nothing: the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically, and you can see both the charge and the return in your credit history. You do not need to contact us.
What we refund on request
If a run completes but the result does not meet the bar we advertise, open your consumption history, find that record and click “Request after-sales”. We answer within 72 hours. If the problem is ours we refund unconditionally — either the words that task consumed back to your balance, or the original payment through the same provider.
Unused credits
Credits never expire. Beyond the cases above, purchased credits are non-refundable except where the law requires it.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase; if you buy digital content and ask us to begin immediately, that right ends once performance begins. Refunds are always made to the original payment method.
